I'm Angela Garcia, a dedicated and results-oriented certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach with over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry. My passion for health and wellness began with my three daughters. My oldest daughter, now 27, was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes at age two. My twin daughters, now 26, were diagnosed at the age of two; one with Type 1 diabetes and the other with Autism. These experiences ignited my commitment to helping others transform their lives through fitness.
